Shipping and Return Policy

We ship via USPS and UPS within 1 week from order date unless it is personalized merchandise that can take up to 2-3 weeks, as noted on the product pages. A tracking number is supplied and you have the option of tracking your package.  Unless otherwise noted, we ship based on the weight of the package and the destination in the most economical fashion possible.  Shipping charges can be viewed in the shopping cart once the shipping address has been added and methhod chosen.   Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, please return it to us in its original/unused condition and packaging within 14 days for an exchange, a merchandise credit for our website or a refund if the item can be resold. Sorry, but we can not credit the shipping charges. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice when returning the merchandise.  We will not give credit or a refund for any product returned that is not in salable condition.

We urge you to take extra care in measuring your pet for collars, harnesses and apparel. Please check our sizing charts before placing your order.

  • Worn/used merchandise
  • Merchandise purchased anywhere else but
